Östra Fäladsgatan, Malmö

From the end of August/beginning of September, I will rent out my student apartment for at least 6 months (according to MKB's rules for subletting) to another (possibly prospective) student. The rental will be conducted through MKB. The rent is 4900 including everything (except the internet. It can be arranged but costs a few hundred extra). The apartment is 19 square meters and is rented furnished. It has its own kitchen and its own large bathroom/toilet. There is plenty of storage space. There are 4 laundry rooms in the building. Two on the same floor as the apartment is located. They are often available. The apartment is located right next to the cozy Beijers Park. It is a 10–15 minute bike ride to most things. It is at most 10 minutes to Värnhem's bus station, from where you can take a bus to Lund if you study there. You also have close access to Malmö C, where all trains depart. In addition, there are constant buses directly from the front door to Värnhem, Möllan, Malmö C, and many more places. The apartment is part of the old hospital area in Segevång.
