The house is rented out, either furnished or unfurnished. We rent out a villa to a responsible family. The villa is heated with air conditioning and oil-filled radiator. There are two toilets and a garage for one car, as well as a new carport for two additional cars. The monthly rent (cold rent) is 5600. + Costs for electricity, heating, water, sewage, and waste collection. The costs for electricity and heating are based on the tenant's consumption; the costs are higher in winter than in summer due to the use of electricity for heating. The house is available for rent - for a long or short time, furnished or unfurnished.
