We will be living abroad from January 11 to March 11, and would therefore like to rent out our cozy and fully furnished 3-room apartment during this period. The dates are somewhat flexible, so please feel free to contact us if you need a somewhat shorter or longer rental period within January–March. The apartment is located in Teisen, a quiet and pleasant area with excellent public transport connections. It takes about 20 minutes to get to Oslo city center from the apartment, and you have easy access to shops, a gym, and great hiking and recreational areas. The property is bright and space-efficient, with large windows and little visibility from outside. Usable area: 67 m² + a glazed balcony of 11 m². It consists of: - Large and bright living room with dining area and fireplace - Separate, fully equipped kitchen - Two bedrooms - Bathroom with shower cabin - Entryway with good storage possibilities - Two basement storage rooms From the living room, there is access to a west-facing, glazed balcony of 11 m², which acts as a natural extension of the living room. Here you can enjoy afternoon and evening sun, with sun from around 1 PM to 9 PM. The balcony also has a heat lamp, allowing it to be used much of the year. The apartment is rented out fully furnished and is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Internet, electricity, and municipal fees are included, and the home is well suited for one person, a couple, or a small family wanting a temporary home in Oslo. It comes with one spacious double bed (bedroom 1) + one single bed (bedroom 2), as well as one folding bed and one single mattress. Originally, we do not want more than four residents, but this can be discussed.
