I am renting out a furnished room and a share in the apartment to a very orderly and well-behaved female student. Very quiet and nice area, bus stop nearby and bus connections to other places and regions. I live together with my husband and we have two grown children together. We travel a bit, and it is good to have one more person in the residence. Broadband internet, electricity, etc. are included in the rent.
