It is a well-located 1.5-room apartment, right at the Vågmästareplatsen stop. The apartment is 36.5 square meters, and there is a glazed balcony, as well as a walk-in closet. There is a larger TV shelf that almost creates its own smaller bedroom behind, by one of the wardrobes. There is also an extra fridge and freezer but can be moved if needed. In the bathroom, there is a shower cabin, toilet, sink, as well as a narrower washing machine. In the kitchen, there is a half fridge (first handle to the left), oven and stove, dishwasher, and a set of pots, pans, cutlery, plates, etc. What's included in the rent is cold water, hot water, heating, and internet, while the electricity is an extra part of the rent as there is a joint agreement in the building. Near the apartment, there are both Willys and ICA, and one stop away there is also a large Coop at Backaplan. There are several good restaurants around, both in Kville Saluhall, Kvilletorget, and more. From Vågmästareplatsen, both buses and trams run with direct lines to large parts of the city, and a large part of central Gothenburg takes no more than 15-20 minutes. I am renting out the residence as my cat and I are trying living together with my girlfriend for at least a few months, and later it will probably also be sold.
