The apartment is located in a garage so the entrance is through the garage door. Electricity and internet are included in the rent. The house is located in the middle of a quiet residential area. It takes about fifteen minutes to walk to Huddinge center where there are commuter trains and several different shops. The bus stop is right outside the door and the bus takes about four minutes to Huddinge C. From Huddinge to Stockholm's central it takes about 16 minutes. I also live in the house and rent it out because my children have moved out. The furniture in the pictures is not included but I have other furniture that will be included. The rent is 8500.
