I am renting out my beautiful newly built 2-room apartment with a large balcony and a view of Hammarbybacken due to work abroad. The apartment is brand new and no one has lived in it before, so everything is in perfect condition. It has a large, well-equipped kitchen with plenty of storage, a spacious bathroom with a washing machine and dryer, and a large balcony where part is glazed, providing a lovely extra outdoor room with a view of Hammarbybacken. The location is fantastic with proximity to Sicklasjön, Nacka nature reserve, and Hammarbybacken. The communications are very good – about a 5-minute walk to the Tvärbanan and Sickla bridge, where several buses go towards Slussen, and about 7 minutes to Sickla Köpkvarter.
