The room is about 11 sqm and is furnished with a bed, a large bookshelf with drawers, chairs, a small desk, and a clothing rack. Some storage opportunities are available in the basement. The pictures of the room were taken at different occasions. The room is available from September 1st. The rent is 5600 SEK per month. In total, there will be three of us living here together. The person who lives in a larger room in the basement is 28 years old and will study in the Psychology program. Shared areas include a homey kitchen, a large living room (TV, sofa, dining table), a balcony, and a lush garden, a bathroom upstairs with a shower + toilet, a toilet in the basement, and a laundry room.
