The pipeline renovation was done in the housing association in 2019, during which the studio's bathroom was completely stylishly rebuilt with tiles. At the same time, the kitchen was pipe-renovated while maintaining the original open cabinet in parts and style, with a new range hood. All other surfaces of the apartment on the 3rd/4th floor were also undergone during that renovation. The walls and ceilings are painted in light colors. The floor surfaces are made of red beech wood parquet, except for the tiles in the bathroom. New white-painted wooden window frames were replaced in the housing association in the 2010s. The layout of the apartment is space-efficient without forgetting closet spaces and ventilation. The apartment includes 2 separate storage spaces in the basement. At the end of the basement of the building, there is also a lockable bike shed. The sauna and laundry room were renovated in 2019 and are available by reservation. We rent the apartment for an indefinite period, but at least for a year. No pets, no smokers, and home insurance is required. The apartment is in very good condition and is clean, tidy, and bright. A modern carbon-brushless small washing machine in the bathroom has worked without problems. We can show the apartment by first agreeing the time in this service. Viewings can be arranged separately from the beginning of August. The apartment was vacated by the previous tenant on 09.08. as they moved to a larger place. Payment of the rental security deposit (2 months' rent) and communication with the tenant occur after contacts through this system, preferably directly with the relevant person, with the apartment presentation and agreements made in person on site. Thus without the mediation of the Qasa organization and as a result avoiding continuous costs, which would increase the rent by about €50/month. This studio has been successfully rented based on mutual trust, mostly to young adults who have just started their studies for the last 15 years or so, and we would like to continue along the same line.
