The apartment is located in the popular Ranheim area and is a short distance to the grocery store, metro bus stop, Ranheim station, the sea, and Ladestien nearby. The apartment today consists of a large and modern kitchen, large living room with dining table, and 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 consists of a double bed and a "walk-in closet". Bedroom 2 is currently furnished as a children's room with a bunk bed and wardrobe. There are also toys available that can be used if agreed upon. Bedroom 3 is currently furnished as an office. We prefer that the residence is rented out with two bedrooms in use, so we will lock the 3rd bedroom, but if you need all three bedrooms, we can arrange that. We can also be flexible with room furnishing (for example, placing a single bed in the office if needed). Important information: The apartment will be sold during the rental period. This means that the tenant must be comfortable with the following: - Make the apartment available for styling and photos at the end of July. - Make the apartment available for about 2 viewings in the afternoon/evening during August, and possibly a few viewings in September if the property is not sold in August. We will naturally agree on times well in advance and do our best to ensure this is as little intrusive as possible. We are looking for calm and orderly tenants who take good care of the property.
