I am renting out my nice and furnished 1-room apartment of about 30 sqm during the period August/September to December, as I will be living abroad. The apartment is located in a quiet and pleasant area near Elmia and Vätterstranden, with good transport connections. It takes about 10 minutes by bus to Jönköping city center and Jönköping University. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The rent includes electricity, water, and internet. Rental period: August/September – December (exact dates can be discussed). There is a possibility for extension by agreement. The rent is 7300 SEK per month. A deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required and will be refunded upon move-out, provided that the apartment is left in good condition according to the rental agreement. I am looking for a calm, orderly, and responsible tenant who will take good care of the apartment. Smoking is not allowed and unfortunately pets are not allowed.
