This is a secluded part of the lower floor in a split-level townhouse with its own entrance, kitchen, toilet, and bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. The house is located in a quiet townhouse area. The current (double) bed is a sofa bed (black and white striped). Compare the pictures of the room where it is folded and unfolded and with a gray bedspread. The accommodation is rented out with fewer furnishings than those currently shown in the pictures, like the black extra bedside tables, paintings/deco not included. However, it's possible to add kitchen utensils, cleaning equipment, and even bed linens. Lamps, bedspread, pillows, and curtains are not included now. The price can be discussed with a potential tenant, especially for weekly commuting, i.e., usage only e.g., Monday-Friday morning, or only every other week/weekend. Rent includes water, heating/electricity up to a corresponding cost of 1000 SEK/month in electricity costs. Certain pets are welcome, specify! No smoking both indoors and outdoors. Partially furnished, wardrobe, table, chairs, possibility to get an office chair and sofa bed and/or bed. The kitchen, 11 square meters. Convenient sofa bed, and kitchen equipment (microwave, kettle, etc.) are available for an additional charge. Large patio, about 15 square meters, with fresh outdoor furniture: table and 4 chairs. Planter box and the garden into the house can be used by arrangement. Public transportation, several options: Roslagsbanan stations: Åkersberga station or Åkers Runö station. From Åkersberga station (Åkersberga center): it's about 1490 meters to walk along the canal to the house. From Åkers Runö station, it's about 990 meters to walk to the house. With Roslagsbanan - it takes 33 min with an express train (or 39 min) from Åkersberga station to the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) /Stockholms Östra, from there switch to the metro and it takes 6 min to T-centralen. Bus stop is 50 m from the house. 3 buses stop there, among others, to Kista center in about 35 min. Parking space is available for residents (low fee for guest parking). Located nearby: Health center, gym (max 5 min), restaurants, cafeteria, library, many stores like ICA Kvantum/Maxi and two churches are within walking distance. Cinema and swimming hall available. Willys supermarket (max 5 min walk), ICA Maxi, Stora Coop, Lidl, Rusta, and Öob are all close by. Even the municipal office/various services are within walking distance. Åker's canal's promenade trail with lock islet and the Path of Health is very close to the house. The nature area Domarudden is located about 7 km from Åkersberga center. A cycling distance from the accommodation. Within the reserve are exercise tracks, hiking trails, nature paths, and a recreational farm with a beach and fishing. A sauna is also available. We are looking for a smoke-free, respectful, and organized person.
