Cottage in Kil available for rent for short or long periods. The cottage is about 30m2 and has a bedroom with space for a 160cm double bed. Previously had double sofa beds in the living room for more accommodation options. Living room with space for 2 sofas and an open fireplace approved for burning. Incineration toilet and shower with sink in the bathroom, which will be completed shortly. Will update with pictures of the bathroom when it is ready. Kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave sink with drinking water. The cottage is currently unfurnished. If there is interest in renting it furnished, it can be arranged upon agreement. Plot of about 1200m2 with several berry bushes. Electricity cost is paid by the tenant based on actual consumption.
