We are renting out a very bright, fresh, and pleasant townhouse apartment in a quiet and nice townhouse area without traffic. The apartment is very nicely planned as a two-room apartment of 62 m2 with its own laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a newly renovated kitchen and toilet, as well as a large bedroom with space for a double bed and a large wardrobe with sliding mirror doors. The apartment has a very nice open layout with a large living/dining room and large glass sections overlooking a fine plot and patio with a large wooden deck, perfect sun exposure and a fine awning and outdoor furniture. There is also a nice patio at the front with a small garden and a plum tree with delicious plums that provide lots of fruit. The rent includes parking with an outlet for engine heaters and electricity, two patios, a garbage room and laundry room, and water and insurance as well as broadband (new fiber) is included in the rent. We are renting the apartment indefinitely starting with 12 months with the possibility of extension after approval from the association. The apartment is rented out partially furnished and there are a number of bookshelves, a kitchen island/dining table with chairs in the kitchen, as well as a nice and very well-maintained sofa bed with a coffee table and a large fine oak dining table with nice chairs to. Also, some kitchen tools and utensils and parts of the dinner service. The apartment is suitable for a couple or a small family or maybe a newly separated couple with 1 child. Or for a person who wants a slightly larger accommodation than a small studio. We are looking for someone with a stable economy who is well-behaved and calm, takes care of the apartment, and is responsible. The nearest neighbors are families with children and pensioners. We want references from employers as well as proof of employment and preferably references from previous landlords or other references. This area is very quiet and pleasant without car traffic, with a playground right behind the house. It is a 1-minute walk to the bus and about a 15-minute walk to the commuter train with good communications. The commuter train takes 20 minutes into central Stockholm. 1.5 km to the nearest grocery store and a local pizzeria is about 500 meters from the apartment.
