A room is available from 01 August in a renovated 3 room apartment at Säterbacken 4, Skogås, Huddinge. 8-9 minutes of walk to both Skogås commuter train station and Skogås centrum. From there it takes 20 minutes to T-centralen. Bus stop is in front of the building. Direct bus to Farsta subway station and Farsta centrum. Skogås Racketcenter (Badminton, Table tennis, Gym, Squash, Aerobics/Dance/Yoga, etc) is on 1 minute swimming hall is on 1 minute of walk. Rent includes: - 2 Toilets and bathroom - Separate fridge and refrigerator - Storage - Electricity, water, and heating - Internet - Access to laundry - Access to the living room - Access to the living balcony - Access to the kitchen with its own place for food and tableware Note: You should also have a job and be able to show proof of a steady income.
