Room in a townhouse for rent, suitable for a person or a couple. Kitchen, dining room and shower/toilet and entrance are on the same floor and are of course included in the rent and can be freely used by the tenant/s. There is no one else who will live in the townhouse if you rent, so you will not have a roommate in the usual sense. It's a townhouse so there is a garden. The furniture in the pictures can be removed if you want to have your own furniture there. The rental is especially suitable for a student who wants to rent for the fall/spring term (but wants to avoid paying rent during the summer). The pictures show all the rooms on the floor (except the hallway). The room is furnished, large bed, the room size is roughly estimated at about 15 m2 (I have not measured it). No overlooking and nice view. Kitchen with fridge/freezer. You need your own kitchen items. Cutlery and mugs are available. There is a dining table with chairs. Of course, you are welcome to use the kitchen and "dining room" freely and the entire upper floor (all rooms and entrance are on the upper floor). Wi-Fi is available and free parking on the street. The room has direct access to the toilet with shower (also access from the kitchen). It is close to Upplands Väsby commuter train station. Unfortunately, the hot water is shut off, so there is only cold water in the kitchen/toilet sink and shower. Hot water will be installed (of course) as soon as I have a tenant. There is no washing machine (there is a prepared space with electricity and water), so it can also be arranged as soon as I have a tenant. During fall/winter, the house is heated with free-standing electric heaters. Note that electricity is included up to a certain (generous) amount. Of course, you can bring your own furniture if you want. There is space to store the current furniture on another floor (which lacks a bedroom). No smoking and no pets. You can also rent for a short period if the room/rooms are not rented out if you are visiting Stockholm. The pictures show another bedroom. Bedroom number 2 can be arranged if needed, home office/bedroom/TV room? It is the room with yellow wallpaper. Thus, it is possible to have 2 in one room, 2 in separate rooms, alternatively one person (If no one rents that room, it will not be rented out to someone unknown).
