I would like to rent out one room (about 14 square meters) of a newly-rennovated two‑room apartment, to one person. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with another tenant. The rent includes electricity, internet, laundry, access to the storage unit, bicycle room, and the small gym in the building. Car parking is not included, but it can be arranged for an additional fee if needed. The location of the apartment is excellent. It is only one minute’s walk to Lidl downstairs, and one minute walk to both the bus stop and the metro. It takes about 15 minutes to bike to Karolinska. The apartment is also close to the Mall of Scandinavia, which is about 11 minutes away by bus or 7 minutes by bike. If you enjoy nature, there is a lake nearby (Lötsjön), a 14‑minute walk or a 3‑minute bike ride from the apartment. The pictures shown are from when the apartment is renovated in February 2026. The room can be set up in advance based on your needs — for example with a single bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, shelf, or anything else you might need. Just let me know and I see what I can do. The contract can be signed either through Qasa (which charges an additional fee to tenants) or privately. I am comfortable with both options. The length of the rental period can be flexible (For example, a few months, or > 1 year). This can be decided based on tenant’s need.
