Apartment on Lundagatan, Södermalm I am renting out my apartment on Lundagatan 36F, a well-planned 1.5 room apartment of 30 sqm in BRF Marmorn. The apartment was renovated in 2022 and is fresh, cozy, and very easy to settle in. The floor plan is quite social for a studio. The kitchen, dining table, and living room are connected, which makes it great to have friends over for dinner or just hang out at home without it feeling cramped. The sleeping alcove is separated from the rest of the apartment, so the sleeping area feels a bit more private. It is absolutely fine for two people to live here, although it of course also suits one person very well. The kitchen has a gas stove, good workspace, and most of what you need daily. The bathroom is fully tiled and fresh with a shower and underfloor heating. There is also good storage space in the hallway. The apartment is rented out furnished, so it's easy to move in directly. Rent includes electricity, internet, gas, furniture, and regular housing costs. The location is one of the best things about the apartment. Lundagatan is calm and green, but at the same time very central. The neighborhood feels a bit like an oasis in the middle of Södermalm, with a nice view of greenery and a really lovely courtyard. In about five minutes you are down at Hornsgatan where there are grocery stores, cafés, bars, and restaurants. It's also close to bus 66 and Zinkensdamms subway. BRF Marmorn is a large and stable association, which makes living here safe and smooth. The reason I'm renting out is that my girl and I are moving in together. I'm preferably looking for a responsible tenant who wants to live here and take care of the apartment as their own home.
