Note! Moving in from November is likely to be possible. Please read the following before you express any interest in the accommodation: 1) The rental section is part of a villa. You will need to maintain a consistently respectful sound level (perfect for students - references to previous tenants can be provided!). 2) The rental section is completely separate from the landlord. Own entrance, large bathroom, toilet, kitchen, dining room, and storage. The kitchen is complete with all equipment; bed linens and towels are also included. 3) You share common areas in the rental section with another tenant (you each have your own bedroom, of course). Moritz, a German master's student, lives in the other room. 4) Your room, 15m2, has a large bed (160 cm), shelves, hangers, hooks, desk, chair, and two large windows facing the backyard. Wooden floor with underfloor heating. 5) Alarm, electricity, heating, water, and Wifi (fiber) are included. To show that you have read, start your message with "5 points". The villa is located in a quiet and nice residential area with unusually good local services (Coop + very good takeaway food within a few minutes' walking distance). From the residence, it is two minutes down to buses that run all day until late night, either towards Brommaplan (12 min) or Spånga station (7 min). From the house to Odenplan takes about 35 minutes.
