We are renting out our beloved home with a wonderful location in Södermalm. The apartment is a 2.5-room apartment that functions as a 3-room apartment: - Kitchen and living room in open plan (55-inch TV will be mounted on the wall). - Large bedroom (currently used as a children's room) with a 90 cm bed and LOTS of closet space. - 'Half' room with a 180 cm bed and plenty of space otherwise, including wardrobes and office space. Feels like a full-fledged bedroom minus windows (but with a large opening to the kitchen/living room, you can draw the curtains). - Large bathroom with a bench for folding clothes, etc., as well as a washer/dryer. - We absolutely hear nothing from neighbors. - Large elevator. - Floor 1, so it's quite close to the street, but it's a very quiet street, and the apartment has tightly sealed windows (new construction). - Nice courtyard. Great location and communications: - 5 min to Mariatorget subway - 5 min to Södra station commuter train - 5 min to bus 4 - 1 min to bus 74 - Small and large grocery stores nearby - Many restaurants and bars in the area - Many parks in the area I pay separately for electricity and water but let that be included in the specified rent. So ideally, I wish for someone who won't abuse this :) The dates are flexible. And if you want to stay longer than three months, that can also be discussed.
