The flat is a two minutes walk to busses towards Liljeholmen (tunnelbana/metro), Gullmarsplan (tunnelbana/metro) and Årstaberg station (pendeltåg/commuter train). Årstaberg station is 10 min away and It's 10-15 minutes by car or taxi to the city centre. The apartment is a few minutes walk away from the wonderful Årstafältet for those who like to exercise or take nice walks or even play a little golf. The rent includes all bills (electricity, fiberoptic broadband, cable TV, electricity, water). Bedlinen and towels are available. The kitchen is newly renovated and fully equipped with a modern stove, oven, large fridge, freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine, Soda Streamer, etc.… Large cozy living room, with comfortable sofas and a dining area for 6 people, large TV with cable and Netflix, exits to a big sunny balcony which is very enjoyable in the summer. 2 bathrooms. One with a large bath, washing machine and dryer, and a smaller separate toilet room. You would share the apartment with two very nice and friendly housemates.
