ONLY FEMALES: 1 room for rent in a pleasant 4-room apartment in the nice Hammarby Sjöstad. There are 2 toilets: a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet as well as a separate toilet. These rooms are shared. Very central: 5 min to the light rail, (station Luma), grocery stores, bakery, and restaurants, and to the free ferry over to Södermalm. Walking distance to forests and swimming spots. The room has a 120 cm bed with a bedside table, dresser, and side dresser for storage. Access to the kitchen and living room. I, a 62-year-old woman, live here with my lovely labradoodle Basse, so you must like dogs. I work at an NGO organization and work from home 2-3 days/week.
