ONLY FEMALES: 1 room for rent in a pleasant 4-room apartment in the lovely Hammarby Sjöstad. There are 2 toilets: one bathroom with a bathtub and toilet and also a separate toilet. These rooms are shared. Very central: 5 minutes to the light rail (station Luma), grocery stores, bakery, and restaurants, and to the free ferry over to Södermalm. Walking distance to forests and swimming spots. The room has a 120 cm bed with a bedside table, chest of drawers, and sideboard for storage. Access to the kitchen and living room. I, a 62-year-old woman, live here with my lovely Labradoodle Basse, so you must like dogs. I work for an NGO organization and work from home 2-3 days a week.
