Right next to the residence, there is a pleasant walking path, swimming area, restaurant, cafe, and Ica. Bus 141 towards Telefonplan or bus 144 towards Gullmarsplan/Fruängen runs about 250m from the house. The fee includes: Electricity, Heating, Water, Broadband, and two parking spaces.
