Hello! I am renting out my 43 m² studio apartment at Märsta Port. The apartment has oak parquet flooring, a tiled bathroom with a shower, a sleeping alcove, and a sunny balcony. There's an elevator in the building and it's close to the bus stop. A washing machine and dryer are available in the association's laundry room. The apartment also includes a storage room. Parking spaces can be rented through the association, subject to availability. The apartment is rented out furnished with a bed, sofa bed, table, chairs, and some kitchen utensils. Electricity and hot water are included in the rent. Internet is contracted by the tenant. I am primarily looking for a tenant who wants to rent the apartment for at least one year; longer rentals are possible. The rental is conducted with the housing association's approval, and a rental agreement is established via Qasa between you as the subtenant and me. Move-in can only occur once the rental agreement is signed and the rental has been approved by the housing association. The move-in date is flexible, depending on when the association's approval is finalized.
