The apartment is located at the top of the building, on the 6th floor, and was built in 2019. It has nice lighting, an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room, a secluded sleeping alcove, and its own balcony. The bathroom is spacious and the apartment is rented furnished. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, stove, and oven. The building has a laundry room, bike storage, stroller room, and an electronically locked entrance with an intercom. A small storage space also belongs to the apartment. Here you live close to both nature and transport links. It is about a five-minute walk to the Råcksta subway, from where the green line takes you to T-Centralen in about 25 minutes. Grimsta nature reserve, Åkeshovs swimming hall, grocery stores, and other services are nearby.
