This villa is located in Algutsrum just a few kilometers from Ölandsbron. Excellent commuting options to Kalmar by both bus and car (about 15 minutes). Spacious accommodation with a generous patio, fresh kitchen, and modern bathrooms. Additional costs for heating, household electricity, water, garbage collection, and broadband; including everything, the rent amounts to about 16,000 SEK/month. Rented out partially furnished if desired. I will store some furniture in the garage, but you will of course have access to the garage to reach tools and garden equipment.
