Hello, I am renting out my apartment as a sublet with a contract through the landlord for at least 1 year. I am renting it out because I am moving abroad. I am renting it from July 23rd. The apartment is in very good condition on the second floor and has an enclosed balcony, an elevator is available; the apartment is located in the center of Enköping opposite the library and shops and pharmacies are about 200 meters away. I have fully furnished it so I can rent it out furnished or unfurnished according to agreement. I have a parking space in the basement level and it is included in the rent, as well as heating and hot water are included. I take a deposit equal to one month's rent.
