Currently, we have many interested parties, which means we have a queue of several who have shown interest. Therefore, we cannot respond to all applications. The apartment consists of one room of 21 sqm. It is located on the basement floor of our house. It has its own entrance, hallway, and bathroom with a shower and washing machine. A simple kitchen is available in the room. The apartment can be rented furnished. (Washing machine and hallway are not included in the picture) It is within walking distance to Karstorp, Ryd's meadows, the hospital, Billingehov/gym, and bus stop. There is an opportunity to park a car and bicycle. We place great importance on the person, and that you who rent respect that Ulveket is a quiet area. We may ask for references. Electricity and internet are included in the rent.
