This house is located by the beautiful Råneå River. It is a very spacious house with high ceilings. There are two floors and a basement. On the ground floor there is a hall, living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. The upper floor has three bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, a workspace, and a small room outside the bathroom. The basement has storage and a laundry room. Electricity is not included in the rent. But water is included. This house is a gem. But the view is even more amazing. The yard is large and includes the beach. At the beach, it is wonderful to swim during the summer.
