The kitchen is equipped with kitchenware that can be used. Own kitchen cabinet and own shelf/drawer in fridge and freezer. The bathroom has a bathtub and the possibility to get storage in the bathroom if desired. The apartment is located in the center of Bagarmossen so 1-minute walk to the subway that takes you to the central station in 14 minutes. ICA, Coop and several restaurants are right outside the door. Walking distance to Nackaresarvatet and Söderbysjön. Laundry room available as well as an environmental shed! The room is rented indefinitely with a lodger's contract with a one-month deposit, which is refunded at move-out. Termination notice 2 months from both sides. Are you my new lodger?
