The house is located near the highway but the courtyard is very peaceful with a large field nearby. The nearest shop, swimming beach, dance venue, and other small village services are located within a few kilometers radius. The yard has its own wood sauna and cold storage space. Available from 1.9.2026. Minimum rental period until 1.5.2027. We require a 1-month security deposit in addition to the rent. We are looking for a handy, self-reliant tenant (e.g., retired couple) who is accustomed to the challenges of old houses and does not seek luxury. Not suitable for families with children, students, etc. Preferably no pets. Credit history must be in order. The house has electric heating, an air heat pump, a stove, and a Högfors wood stove in the kitchen. Electricity consumption is high in winter as typical for old houses due to drafts. A long-term tenant can insulate and improve the house if they wish. Annual rent is €4400. April-November €400/month. December-March €300/month. Water €25/person per month.
