It's a 10-minute walk to the clubhouse and first tee. By car, it takes less than ten minutes to Ekerö Centrum. You can walk across the golf course to the bus in 10-15 minutes or to Svanhagen's ICA and bus stop in 20-30 minutes. In other words, you need a car to live here. Our son has moved out and now we are looking for a tenant for longer rental with organized finances and permanent employment as well as references. Preferably someone who commutes weekly. The house is suitable for a maximum of two people. If you like nature, want to be close to the city, and play golf, you cannot live better.
