Furnished Room for Rent in Bandhagen. We are renting out a bright and cosy furnished room of approximately 10 m² in our apartment in Bandhagen. The apartment is located at 6-minute walk from Högdalen metro station. Medborgarplatsen is only 15 minutes away by metro. The area offers beautiful walking trails and green spaces, as well as Högdalen Centre with grocery stores, a sports centre with a gym and indoor swimming pool, a bowling alley, healthcare centre, pharmacy and many other everyday amenities. Rent includes access to the kitchen and bathroom, electricity, warm water, cleaning materials and toilet paper. You will be sharing the apartment with me, my 15-year-old daughter and our small Pomchi, a calm, friendly and affectionate dog. We enjoy having a warm, tidy and welcoming home where everyone can feel comfortable, while also respecting each other's privacy and personal space. We are preferably looking for a female tenant with a stable income through employment or studies. Ideally, you are responsible, considerate and comfortable living with a dog. The home is non smoking and drug free, with low or none alcohol consumption. And we appreciate someone who respects our lifestyle and enjoys a home where kindness, comminication and consideration are a natural part of everyday life.
