Available furnished and ready to move in. Deposit for 1 month is required. If anything is damaged in the apartment, the deposit will not be refunded. It must be left in the condition it was received. Includes internet, water, electricity, and heating. Renting it out as I am working in another location during autumn, winter, and spring. Sofa bed is available as well as storage, and kitchen items to borrow. Laundry room and bicycle room are available. There is an opportunity to potentially borrow even a bicycle.
