We, Marco and Felicia, are traveling to Italy with our two children (Luna, soon to be 6 years old, Aldo, 3, and Enzo, 2) for a while, and are renting out our gem at Hammarbyhöjden. It is a nice 3-room apartment with one of Hammarbyhöjden's largest patios facing south! Here you live almost like in a house, with your own entrance and garden, which consists of a large patio plus a larger area just outside. A spacious bedroom, the apartment currently has an extra-large double bed (210 cm wide that can be split into two), plus a small bed for toddlers. Open floor plan between living room and kitchen, which also has substantial light entry from multiple windows. From the living room, there is access to a large patio facing the association's courtyard. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment which provides better-distributed heat and fantastic comfort underfoot. Freshly renovated bathroom in complete tiles with washing machine, overhead shower, and ventilation window. The apartment was renovated 12 years ago, in a 50s building, with its own entrance and access to a large patio plus a quiet green corner next to Nytorps gärdet. You will also inherit a generous and well-maintained vegetable garden with tomatoes that will soon be ready to pick, lettuce, herbs, etc. Nearby are two of the best cafes in Southern Stockholm (Santa Fe and Bonne Femme), grocery stores and neighborhood restaurants, the green line subway (450 meters), and of course the Nacka reserve with the beautiful Söderbysjön beach and nice running and ski tracks. The popular Nytorpsbadet is just 50 meters away. If you cycle, it takes ten minutes to Södermalm. We would like our guests to take good care of our lovely home. The rent can be discussed. The apartment actually has another bedroom which we plan to use as extra storage during our trip.
