We are renting out our cozy home where you get the best of both worlds – proximity to Stockholm's city center while living calmly, safely, and close to nature. We are now renting out our lovely home for a limited period and are looking for someone who will take care of the residence with the same care we have done. About the residence The apartment is bright, spacious, and homely with a well-thought-out floor plan suitable for families, couples, or anyone who appreciates extra space. Large windows provide a lovely influx of light, and the residence offers plenty of space for everyday life, home office, and social evenings. The residence is rented furnished and fully equipped with modern furniture, a comfortable living space. It includes a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen island, dining table, sofa, storage, single and double beds, TV in every room, broadband, as well as a bathroom with a washing machine and dryer. Everything is in place for a comfortable living experience. About the area – Annedal Annedal is one of the areas we have truly enjoyed living in. Here you get a perfect combination of tranquility and convenience. Right nearby you will find: * Cozy restaurants and cafes * Grocery stores and services * Playgrounds and large green areas * Preschools and schools * Beautiful walking trails The area is perfect for those who want a safe environment with proximity to nature while still being able to quickly access the city. Transport It's easy to get around from here. You are close to both the subway, commuter train, tram, and buses, which makes it easy to get to the city and other parts of Stockholm. Proximity to water and nature One of our favorite parts of the area is the closeness to the water. Just a short walk away, there are beautiful walking trails, boat berths, and the opportunity to enjoy the calm near the water. Why we are renting out We are renting out the residence for a limited period and are looking for a serious and responsible person or family who wants to make their home here in the meantime. There's a possibility of extension for the right person if everything works well for both parties. We hope to find someone who will appreciate our home as much as we have and take care of it with consideration.
