Hello! From the first of August, there is a room available in the collective just under five minutes from the central station and a 10-15 minute walk to the University. The room is about 12 sqm with external wardrobe spaces. There is a bed, some shelves, and a small table in the room. These can be discussed if you choose to keep them. The rent is 5000 SEK; we will write an open-ended contract with two months' notice. Electricity, heating, water, and internet are included. We are three people looking for a tenant in our collective. The apartment is 130 sqm, and we all have our own rooms and share a large living room with TV, sofas, and dining table, as well as two toilets and a kitchen. There is a laundry room in the building, and there are often available times. Heads up for those allergic to fur animals as there are three cats living in the collective.
