Cozy 2-room apartment with two patios. Located close to natural areas like Ågesta and near Magelungen. Proximity to Farsta subway station with about 20 minutes to Stockholm central. Quiet area with proximity to Farsta center which has all kinds of shops and services. Important: Only looking for female tenants as we will be sharing the accommodation at times. Rent includes internet and electricity. The tenant gets their own room and shares the bathroom, living room, and kitchen. The living room and kitchen are combined in an open floor plan with access to a patio at the back with a terrace and lawn. The hallway leads to a room and the bathroom. Outside the front door, there is a terrace with sun in the evening. The backside is sunny during lunch. I want to rent to a tenant who has their own room as I travel a lot but want to have this apartment as a base in Sweden when I am here :)
