Peaceful housing cooperative near the city center. The apartment is located on the first floor, but not at ground level. It is approximately 1.5 km from the apartment to the railway station and Laurea University of Applied Sciences. Other schools and, for example, grocery stores are about 500 meters away. The bus stop for local transport is about 150 meters away. The water fee is estimated to be about 18 euros/person per month (reconciliation bill annually according to the remote meter). The water fee is not included in the rent. Additionally, the housing cooperative has a rare wood-heated sauna, which guarantees soft steams. A sauna shift can be reserved, if desired, at a price of 5 euros/month. Electricity consumption is not included in the rent, but central heating is included.
