I will rent out my apartment which is a 3-room and kitchen apartment with an open floor plan and it is 64 m2 as I plan to study in another city for the academic year 26-27. The apartment is located in Jakobsberg north of Stockholm and there is a commuter train to Stockholm city that takes about 25 minutes. It is about a 15-20 minute walk to the commuter train station and Jakobsberg center. There is a bus that goes down to the center which takes about 10 minutes and from the center up the bus takes about 5 minutes. The bus station is about 3 minutes away. The apartment is rented furnished so in the large bedroom there is a bed, a bookshelf, a desk, and wardrobes. In the other bedroom, there are wardrobes and a bookshelf but no bed, but it can be arranged. Sofa, TV, kitchen table, and bookshelf are in the living room. The rent includes electricity, water, and internet.
