The apartment maintains a consistently high standard and is very well taken care of. We bought the apartment new in 2022 and lived there ourselves until early 2026. We are now looking for responsible tenants who will enjoy and appreciate the residence as much as we have. The apartment is located in a popular, quiet, and pleasant area within walking distance to both Uppsala city center and the central station. Here you live close to services, green areas, schools, and good transport connections. The residence offers: Open floor plan with consistently high standards and quality material choices. Modern kitchen with quality appliances and dishwasher. A spacious bathroom with shower, washing machine, and dryer, as well as a separate guest toilet. A larger bedroom (master bedroom) with plenty of closet storage and direct access to the balcony, as well as two additional bedrooms, one of which has space for a small office. Possibility to rent our indoor parking in the basement for a separate cost. The apartment can initially be rented until August 31, 2027, with the possibility of extension by agreement. We appreciate tenants who wish to rent the apartment for a longer continuous period. Other information: The pictures in the ad were taken while we lived in the apartment and show the furnished home. The apartment will be rented unfurnished as a starting point, but partially furnished rental can be discussed. Household electricity and water are not included in the rent but are charged according to actual consumption. High-speed fiber is installed. The cost for internet is not included in the rent.
