Newly renovated apartment of 25 sqm. For rent from August 1 to 1 person smoke/pet-free. I am flexible and if you are a single parent, it can be discussed. It is a requirement that you work and are orderly and clean. No pets or smoking in the apartment. The apartment is rented unfurnished, but I can arrange a bed or similar if it is truly needed. Otherwise, you are welcome to use your own furniture or solve it yourself. :) Rent: 8500 SEK with electricity included monthly and paid by the 25th, at the latest on the 26th of each month. 1 month's deposit is required at minimum.
