Due to work in another location, I am renting out my bright and well-planned two-room apartment of 52 sqm on Hanekindsgatan 5 in Valla. The apartment is rented furnished from around September 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027. The dates can be adjusted slightly by agreement. The apartment is on the second floor of a modern building with an elevator. It has large windows and nice natural light. From both the living room and the bedroom, you can access the large balcony of about 17 sqm facing east, perfect for morning coffee or pleasant days outdoors. Adjacent to the bedroom is a walk-in closet. The apartment also has a fully tiled bathroom with its own washing machine and dryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The property is situated in a quiet and pleasant area close to Campus Valla, Old Linköping, green areas, and the city center. It takes about five minutes to bike to Campus Valla and around ten minutes to central Linköping. The apartment is rented out furnished, but a TV and loose kitchen items such as dishes, cutlery, pots, and kitchen utensils are not included. The monthly rent includes electricity, water, broadband, and furniture. I am looking for a well-behaved and responsible tenant who will take good care of the apartment. The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed.
