Welcome to rent my cozy and well-maintained house in the quiet Hamneda, with commuting distance to Ljungby, Älmhult, and Markaryd. The house has a practical layout where all the bedrooms are located on the upper floor, while the kitchen, living room, and bathroom are on the entrance level. Outside, there is a large plot of 1,500 m² with plenty of space for play, gardening, and relaxation. The partially glazed patio facing south makes it easy to enjoy the sun from spring to autumn. There is also a simpler guest cottage on the property that is perfect as a home office, guest room, or hobby room and has electricity. The house is equipped with a heat pump for energy-efficient heating and has been gradually renovated over the past few years, including the bathroom, drainage, facade, and heat pump. I am looking for a responsible tenant who takes care of the house and appreciates a quiet living where you take care of the house and the plot as your own. I would prefer if you are handy and take care of small things that need fixing, preferably also have an interest in gardening. Basic maintenance of the garden, such as mowing and hedge trimming, is required. The tenant is welcome to grow their own plants in the garden. Pets can possibly be discussed. Smoking indoors is not allowed. Please tell me a little about yourself, who will live in the house, and your occupation when you send an expression of interest. Since this is my own home, I will choose a tenant with care and only rent out if I feel it's a good match for both parties. I look forward to hearing from you!
