The house is rented sparsely furnished so there is an opportunity to adapt according to needs or you can have your own furniture if you stay for an extended period. Private sunny patio, garden in front of the house, and parking nearby. Access to Torsby's private swimming area, which is a few minutes' walk from the house. Tenant is responsible for electric heating (heat pump), but no own electricity subscription is needed. Buses go about 5 min from the house and take about 35-40 min to Slussen. Stop Torsby Sjöväg. Water and refuse collection are included, as well as alarm system and home insurance. Internet as far as it works.
