Heat pump and fireplace. Guest cabin with 2 sleeping places. There is a trampoline, swings, greenhouse, berry bushes, pear, and cherry trees on the plot. Access to the area's pavilion for parties (capacity for 70 people), pub evenings, boules court, and football field. Wood-fired sauna and rainforest shower. Large terraces around the house and outdoor grill. NOTE!!! You must have a car. The nearest bus stop is 2 km away. One bedroom is best suited for one person or two children. The office can be converted into a bedroom with a curtain between the master bedroom. Please look at the pictures before responding! The house is fully furnished but some furniture can be moved to the guest cabin. Electricity is not included. No possibility for extension but the rent is negotiable! Someone handy who is willing to do some work like painting, gardening, etc. can get it significantly cheaper.
