Kellgrensgatan 8 is within walking distance (3-5 minutes) to the center and railway/bus station with, among other things, an ICA store, nurse's office, pharmacy, pizzeria, dentist, childcare, school - grades 1-9 (known for being a good school), library, restaurant, and a gym is also being built in the neighboring property, etc. In other words, "all" local service within 3-6 minutes. Floby has an outdoor swimming pool, as well as a large nature and walking area called Hasselbackarna. From the railway station, there are "commuter trains" to Gothenburg (60 min), Skövde/Alingsås (30 min), Falköping (9 min), Herrljunga (10 min), Vårgårda/Lerum, etc. "Meeting Point Floby" - Do you know how many people live within 60 minutes by train/car from Floby? Probably not, but it's actually 1.1 million people. 1.1 million is a lot, really a lot.
