Hello everyone! I am renting out my nice and well-planned apartment in Sköndal at 41 square meters for a year, with move-in from the 1st of September or as agreed. The apartment is rented fully furnished and equipped – here you have everything you need to just move in and feel at home directly. The building has access to a sauna and relaxation room, and the area is quiet and pleasant with proximity to both nature and good transport links. It takes about 15 minutes by car to Stockholm City, and around 30 minutes door to door by public transport. The rent is 11,500 SEK/month and includes wifi and electricity costs. To rent, you need to be approved by the association's board, which requires a stable income.
