Perfect location with 5min to Stigbergstorget, Masthugget, Majorna, and Linné. The apartment itself has many closets with good storage opportunities. There is a large living room and from our bedroom, there is a small balcony. The kitchen has a dishwasher as well as a full-size fridge and freezer. The guest room is currently used both as a guest room and a wardrobe. The bathroom is divided into two rooms, one with a sink + toilet and the other is a laundry room with a sink, washing machine, dryer, and shower! The parking is a private spot in a locked garage under the apartment buildings. An associated basement storage of about 3x2 m2 is in the same building and will be emptied and ready for use! The apartment is rented out furnished, and the rent includes heating, water, wifi, and parking. A personal electricity agreement and home insurance are additional. We are looking for 1-3 people who want to take care of our home for a certain period. We are moving to Gotland and if it turns out we like it, there is a possibility for an extension even after June 30!
